Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We stand behind all of our products.
Offers/Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other offers/coupons unless otherwise stated. Coupons are only valid during the advertised period. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back. If you are attempting to cancel your automatic renewal of any of Pete Fournier subscription products, please visit your account to cancel or contact us at email@example.com.
If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.
Most apparel products are fulfilled by 3rd party suppliers so we cannot refund or exchange the item. Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. If any address is considered insufficient by the courier and is returned, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items/packages lost in transit must be submitted directly to our customer service department within 30 days.
If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the physical product in new condition, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days and you will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling). You can contact us at email@example.com during the hours of 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday for refund procedures.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
